At Opal Saga, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in natural mined gemstones, and each stone is carefully selected and inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and authenticity.

Refund Timeline

Our refund policy allows customers to request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. The amound should reflect in your account within the following 24 hours, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Returns

To qualify for a return. the item must be:

  • unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with original packaging and certificates( if provided)

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping charges are non refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping amount may be deducted from the final refund value.

Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us before the item has been shipped. once confirmed we will process a full refund within 48 hours.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have dispatched. In such cases, if you no longer wish to keep the product, you will be responsible for returnong the package at your own expense
